London club renewed talks with Hakim Ziyech

Chelsea could do with the signing of this type to finally replace Eden Hazard, who left the London club for Real Madrid last summer while the club were still under a transfer ban.

Still, it may still be a bit of a wait for the Blues to land their man, as coach Frank Lampard has identified him as one of his top summer targets. The 26-year-old playmaker is a crucial figure for the national team starting line-up and also played in the 2018 World Cup which is already a big achievement for the footballer.

Hakim could no doubt strengthen Chelsea, Man United and indeed most other top clubs with his flair and intelligent play. Ziyech down as being worth nearly £45m, and if he does move to west London or Manchester for that kind of price, it would surely be one of the bargains of the summer.

Red Devils have also had some interest in Morocco international, who has undoubtedly caught the eye as one of Europe’s top attacking footballers in recent times and who could prove a major upgrade on the likes of Juan Mata or Jesse Lingard at Theatre of Dreams.
