Blaugrana are reportedly set to let French pair Samuel Umtiti and Ousmane Dembele leave the Red Devils in the winter transfer window, with the Catalan club looking for nearly €180m for the duo.
Both Ousmane and Samuel have found themselves fluctuating in and out of Spanish club’s starting line-up during the pair’s time at Barcelona, something that is mainly down to their inability to remain clear of injuries.

And now, it looks like the La Liga giants have finally had enough, as Ernesto Valverde’s side have played the two up for sale, with Blaugrana wanting €60m for Umtiti and €120m for Dembele. This news will surely come as a boost for the Red Devils, who’ve been linked with moves for the duo for some time now.
Man United were very interested in acquiring Samuel’s services during the summer transfer window, while the PL giants were also credited with an interest in the attacker Dembele last month.
Both Ousmane and Samuel have been left out of Les Bleus recent team for their upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers just 18 months after they helped France win their second World Cup in Russia in the summer of 2018. This was down to Umtiti and Ousmane’s injury proneness, combined with their inability to stay fit throughout this campaign so far.
The French duo would give Red Devils squad a boost in quality should Man United manage to sign the pair. Ousmane would give Man United an extra dimension in attack, while Umtiti would give the Norwegian coach another top-quality defensive option to choose from in defence alongside Harry Maguire.
