Not Dybala: Juventus forward agrees three-year contract with Man Utd

Manchester United are reportedly closing in on the landing of Mario Mandzukic after agreeing to personal terms with the Juventus forward.

Juventus have been in negotiations to sign Romelu Lukaku and both Paulo Dybala and Mario Mandzukic have been offered to Manchester United as part of the deal.

According to MailOnline, Mario has now agreed on a three-year deal worth around £120,000 per week with United.

The report also states that United and Juventus have agreed a £15 million sum for the Croatia international, but that might be included in the overall deal for Romelu.

Earlier this week, reports stated that Juventus and Lukaku had reached an agreement regarding personal terms but the deal hinges on whether Paulo agrees to move in the opposite direction to Manchester.

According to the Sunday Times, Paulo is demanding a significant increase from his current contract with Juventus which would see the star earn just over £190,000 a week at the Red Devils. Dybala’s agents are also requesting a commission of more than £10 million.

Mandzukic scored 10 goals in 33 matches for Juventus last campaign. But the forward is not part of Maurizio Sarri’s plans at Bianconeri after the Italian left Chelsea to replace Massimiliano Allegri as head coach earlier this summer.
