Manchester United and Barcelona target Neymar CAN leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer if the price is right, but the French club have not received any offers as of yet.
Neymar is regarded as one of the finest talents in the game and has become a real superstar since his move from Barcelona to PSG, where he has struck up quite a partnership with Edinson Cavani and Kylian Mbapppe.
However, there has been some speculation in the media which have suggested that PSG are open to the idea of selling Neymar over the next few months, if clubs meet the £200 million asking price.
And the Red Devils have been linked with a big-money move for the wantaway PSG star, despite the many reports in the media suggesting that he could be heading back to Barcelona this summer..
And a according to the Ligue 1 champions’ sporting director Leonardo, Neymar is now free to leave the cub.
Leonardo told Le Parisien on Monday: “It’s clear to everyone [he wants to leave]. But in football, you say one thing today and tomorrow another… It’s amazing but it’s like that.
“The position is clear for all. But one thing is concrete today: he still has three years of contract with us. And since we have not received an offer, we can not discuss anything.
“We have not received any offers. But we had, it’s true, very superficial contacts [from Barcelona]. They said they wanted to buy but we were not sellers.
“Neymar can leave PSG if there is an offer that suits everyone. But to date, we do not know if anyone wants to buy it or at what price.”
