Man United identify probable Paul Pogba replacement, £30m offer prepared

France international midfielder Paul Pogba is all but set to leave the Theater of Dreams as reports continue to link him with a return to Juventus.

Despite the Red Devils desire to keep him beyond this summer, the World Cup winner is willing to move elsewhere after he publicly declared his readiness for new challenges.

Reports in England are now suggesting that the Old Trafford outfit are equally willing to cash-in on him and they have shown interests in Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff as the Frenchman’s replacement.

The 21-year-old midfielder has been in the news for a while as many reporters claimed he wants to leave St James Park as result of Rafa Benitez’s departure.

England-based media outfit, the Daily Star, claim Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has prepared £30m bid for the youngster’s at the ongoing summer transfer market.

It was also revealed in the report that Solskjaer has so much trust in Longstaff’s ability and he believes he’s the perfect and most affordable star to replace the Frenchman.

Though Longstaff has an active contract with the Magpies, the Norwegian boss believes £30m is enough to force Newcastle into releasing him before next month.

The England Youth International broke into limelight last season under radar Benitez, who is now the coach of Chinese Super League side Dalian Yifang, as he featured in eight Premier League games.
