Premier League giants, Man Utd on the verge to agree on a deal for Marcus Rashford amid transfer rumours linking English forward with a move to Barcelona.
The 21-year-old forward has come through the club’s academy and established himself as one of the Red Devils key men, however, the Rashford currently has just 15 left on his current deal and become a subject of transfer speculation ahead of the upcoming window.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have the option of extending that by a further year, however, negotiations have remained ongoing regarding fresh terms which will include a huge pay-rise on his current salary.
According to The Mirror, the two parties are now in advanced talks over a new deal which will see the English forward earn in the region of £70m if he agrees to sign a new five-year deal.
The England international forward has allegedly been attracting interest from El Classico giants Real Madrid and Barcelona, however, the 21-year-old star is keen to stay in the North-West of England.
Barcelona considers Marcus Rashford as an ideal replacement for Luis Suarez and ready to splash money for his signature this summer.
This term Rashfrord has played 39-games for Manchester United in all competitions, he has managed to found back of the net 13-times and proved 9 assists in the process.
