Man Utd fans ‘welcome’ Paulo Dybala after transfer ‘agreed in principle’ claim




Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is desperate for fresh faces this summer after he was unable to secure Champions League football for next season.

The Norwegian masterminded a stunning turnaround after replacing Jose Mourinho in May but United have faltered in recent weeks and a draw with Huddersfield on Sunday saw them miss out on the top four.

United have been linked with a number of top players this summer but they’ll find it difficult to compete without the lure of Champions League football.

 

“There have been some reports In Italy that Manchester Unitedhave declared an interest in Dybala,” he told the Transfer Window podcast.

“However, our sources are telling us and the information we have is that in fact United have agreed in principle to pay the €100m (£86m) buyout clause that it would take to get Dybala out of Juventus.”

And United fans were quick to express their excitement about the potential deal.
